Are all your products authentic?
Yes — 100% of our products are genuine. Every blade and rubber comes with its original manufacturer serial code. DHS products can be verified directly on the DHS official website by entering the serial number. Butterfly products include the official gold tag with a unique code.
We photograph each item individually so you can see exactly what you're buying. We never sell counterfeits, replicas, or unverified equipment.
What is a "Pro Personal" or "Double Code" blade?
Pro Personal blades are equipment produced for professional and national team players through internal distribution channels — not available in regular retail stores.
DHS uses a tier system: Commercial → Provincial (alphabet code) → National (digital code) → Player Version. Each tier has better quality control, wood selection, and craftsmanship.
Butterfly "Double Code" blades have two serial codes — one standard retail code and one internal code — identifying them as equipment made for sponsored players. These blades are hand-selected for superior quality.

What's the difference between Commercial, Provincial, and National grade?
Commercial (市售) — Mass-produced, sold worldwide. Good quality and the most affordable option. Available in our Standard Blades collection.
Provincial (省队) — Selected for provincial team players. Better wood selection, more consistent feel, noticeable upgrade over commercial. Available in our National/Provincial collection.
National (国家队) — Hand-selected for national team players. The highest quality control, best materials, and top performance. Available in our Pro Personal collection.
The difference is real and immediately noticeable when you play. Our customer reviews consistently confirm this.
Do you sell rubbers in Provincial or National versions too?
Yes — DHS produces rubbers like Hurricane 3 in commercial, provincial, and national grades, just like their blades. The higher grades have more consistent tackiness, better sponge quality, and superior spin performance.

How do I choose the right blade for my level?
Intermediate / Club players → Standard Commercial Grade. Reliable, quality equipment to build your technique.
Advanced / Tournament players → Provincial Grade. Better feel, control, and a wider dynamic range.
High-level / Enthusiasts → Pro Personal / Premium. Pro-level performance with hand-selected materials.

Chinese rubber (DHS) or Japanese rubber (Butterfly)?
Chinese rubbers (DHS, 729) — Tacky topsheet, heavy spin, excellent control for close-to-table play. Require more technique to generate speed. Best for: forehand loops, serves, short game.
Japanese rubbers (Butterfly, Victas) — Grippy topsheet with elastic sponge (tensor technology). Generate speed more easily, more forgiving. Best for: backhand, mid-distance attacks, all-round play.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 30 countries. All international orders are sent with tracked shipping so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
Thailand — 1–3 business days.
Asia (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) — 5–10 business days.
Europe & USA — 7–14 business days.
Rest of the world — 10–21 business days.
These are estimates. Actual delivery times depend on customs processing in your country. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Most table tennis equipment shipments clear customs without issues, but we recommend checking your local customs regulations if you're unsure.

I received a damaged product — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
